Getting Refund for PAYG Credit

Hi, just moved to vodafone and the signal is crap in my house. Tried to talk to them and see if they could give me a sure signal box for free, but no luck. I have absolutely no intention of paying £50 to get a signal in my house.

Anyone been able to get their refund back in such circumstances? Or know if its even possible to get it back. I have ported my number otherwise would've probably sold the sim off.

Should have checked coverage before jumping network.

I've never know a network refund on payg (in fact I'm sure it says in the T&C's they won't). If they did you could reuse the same money over and over.

No, I am not asking for a refund of the money i've used so far (hardly any), but the credit that I have remaining on my card.

That's what I meant. Networks don't refund unused credit.

We are with vodafone, and yes it showed we would have good coverage in our house. Not so but we argued the case with them. Eventually after a lot of phonecalls we got the sure signal box for free. Keep arguing with them and hopefully they will cave.
