I often have painful joints especially in the mornings and a friend has advised me to try glucosamine or chondroitin supplements. But the more I look at them the more confused I get. Some are just glucosamine or chondroitin and some are glucosamine and chondroitin and some have sulphate after one or other of the words...Does anyone understand these things and can help me decide what is right for me. Also does anyone know a good, cheap, trustworthy supplier - they seem rather expensive.
