Got a few questions for anyone who's been in the past...

1. Hotel, breakfast and dinner is all paid for by the college, how much spending money should I take for 3 nights, including money for lunch, souvenirs, and all?
2. How cold should I expect it to be? Going 14-17th
3. Roughly how much are cigarettes, since my brother smokes so thinking about bringing back a carton or two for him.
