Meeting up with a guy tomorrow about their organisaion Leonard Chesire Disability i think it is. Its all about doing fundraising work i think. dont know much at this point.

Any tips on volunteering? e.g i was just going to dress casual/smartish casual?

I am still at school and have a part-time job on top of that. too much?

I always go smart casual shirt & jeans bearing in mind YOUR offering help to them not going for a paid job ;-)

Yeah well thats what i am thinking. Dont wanna go smart dress because i wont be doing that if they decide they want me to help out.

Yeah i know i have been on there website etc, its sorting out fundraiser events and organising them etc. :thumbsup: and that is what there called i had it right, wasnt sure if it was chester or chesire.

dont forget this will look good on his CV especially if he is planning on a career in this field.
Do you need a CRB check?? that is something you should ask when you go because it costs about £55
good luck with it
i would go with whatever you feel most comfortable with as its no good dressing smart and sitting there fidgeting cause you dont like tight collars lol

Cheers yeah thats what i am doing it for CV and uni application. I will ask that tomorrow. He only wants to meet in a cafe type place so surely its informal chat casual(ish) dress.

I volunteer, they wont expect you be suited and booted - just be smart casual. Good luck with it

i would just dress smart/casual
