Have you looked at any of the examples that are available in Word? this can give you a good starting point. Just make sure you have your name and contact details in quite large font as a header at the top of each page (usually keep to 2 maximum!) and then use the following headings as a guide:

Personal statement: why you want the position, what you currently do

Education: chronilogical order starting with most recent, all grades and dates achieved

Previous work experience: chronilogical order with most recent first as above, give brief overview of responsibilities

Relevant skills / Training: IT skills, typing skills, supervisor experience....whatever you think they may be looking for in the person spec for the job your after

Interests: Brief paragraph on your personal interests - Travelling, music, crafts..etc.....

If you over run try to keep it to the most relevant information only, double check and check again for any errors and most importantly keep it simple. Short listers dont want to have to sift through messy CV's or italic script font to find the information they are looking for.

Hope this helps
