Good DS games for 5 year old girl?

Hi peeps.

I want to get 1 or 2 games for my daughter (5 & a half years old) to play on my DS.

Was considering getting her 'I did it Mum' but worried it may be a bit young for her?

Any other good games for her age, preferably something a bit educational.

Rep to be had!

Hi mrszerrouk

my little girls just turned six and got her a ds lite and several games for christmas, she wont put down the high school musical game, seems a little hard to me but she's addicted, the only other one she's interested in is pippa funnell (a horse looking after game), but needs help on that one.

Hope it's some help!!!

NINTENDOGS? My little girl loves walking, feeding and playing with her dachshound.

Definitely get Nintendogs and also consider New Super Mario Bros because the actal game can be enjoyed by anyone, and your 5 year old will love the minigames that come with it.

Haven't heard of pet vet, but how much you asking for it including postage?
Are you an eBay member, and can you take Paypal payments?

I would recommend Pokemon Diamond/Pearl, and also second both Animal Crossing and New Super Mario Bros. All three are amazing games suitable for anyone. Nintendogs is also brilliantly put together and sh*ts on each and every 3rd party "sim game" such as vetz, catz, hamsterz, chihuahuaz etc. Super Princess Peach is pretty cool too.

would definitely recommend animal crossing as per posts above. My daughter got it when she was 6 and it is perfect for that age. Simple controls, and tasks and lots of fun.

I would definately go with Nintendogs if I were you, our daughter has been playing it for over a year and it's still her favourite game!
