And quite rightly so!

Not too sure of 2nd and 3rd tho.
Dont really like his arrogance but think maybe ronaldo shouldve been 2nd.

xabi for me, hugely underrated

also suprised at the omission of cronaldo, lampard hasn't had a bad season an all

I think Gerrard probably deserved. He's played pretty consistently.

Honest truth is that if Ronaldo had enjoyed a decent pre-season, he'd have most definitely have won.

I think in Ronaldo we're possibly seeing the greatest player to ever play the game.

until cronaldo moves abroad, as he does, he can never be called the greatest. what would kaka, messi, riquelme do in the prem, they'd tear it apart

I don't think he necessarily has to. Pele played his career in Brazil and is rightly called one of the greatest. Maradona didn't particularly have a successful time in Spain. Also, I think the Premier League is probably the strongest league at the moment and he's dominating it.

He's also only 24 still.

How many penalties did SG score this season (including the one in the weekend which he missed but got the rebound)?
