Personally I bought the game for £26.99 from Best Buy, traded it in today and purchased some presents for Christmas.

Other alternatives are to trade in at CEX for £30 cash or £32 trade in.

You can see it either way really, as just info or a deal - if you bought the game for less than £35, then you're making a profit after playing it, which you can spend on anything at Argos within a 2 year period

This game is "perfect", why would anyone trade it in?

Thanks for posting - I'm quite tempted to trade in. I got it for £30 at BestBuyEntertainment but not really found it to be very good. It's just like the old game in that you can crash into the barrier and carry on regardless! Might trade in, get Black Ops, and then buy it in a few months when (hopefully) the price has dropped quite a bit.

Don't think you'll be so pleased with black ops either...

Far from perfect in my view. Online it's been really glitchy for me. Tried 3 nights in a row and only managed to have one decent race (in the others it was freezing up or cars were just materializing and de-materializing at random). No crash damage, most of the cars are the same as the PS2 game, and lots of the courses are also from the previous game. And I can't say the sound is that good - you drive into the tunnel at Monaco at there's no discernible difference in sound!

Agreed! That's why I thought this was a worthwhile post

Got this from currys for £18.99. For a budget title it is great so going to hold on to it although it I'd tempting to almost double my money

Edit -by budget I mean I am judging it's value to me and it cost me under twenty quid. For that price I am happy with it. If I had paid forty quid maybe I wouldn't be
