Looking for a decent graphics card to play, modern warfare 2, starcraft 2, frontlines maybe a few more.
Been out of the loop for a while and looking for some advice on what to get.
Got around £120 to spend

thanks

buy 2nd hand is my advise serious gamers always upgrade so you get a perfectly good card at a fraction of what they paid for them

22" i believe, Dont have the resolution too high though, maybe 720

For that money, I would go for something like the ATI 5770, as they are good cards and relatively efficient.

I bought a gfx card from eBay once and it was faulty, had an absolute nightmare getting any money back! I'll try the other places though, thanks :)

AVforums is good to buy stuff from.

Also if your using a 22" screen with 720 resolution you are pushing your budget of £120. A GTS250 is more than capable of running these games at such a resolution and these can be picked up for £60 used. Otherwise go for a GTX260 which is what i use

I posted a deal for a 285gtx today for 150 quid, if your budget can stretch a bit..
