Greyhound sore paw, help?

Wondering if anyone can give me some advice for our girl greyhound, She started limping at the end of her walk last night, one side of her back paw on the pad looks sore and worn down. I think she may have caught it on a twig.

There is nothing in her paw at all and it doesn't seem to be bothering her apart from when she goes outside and on the tiles in our kitchen.

What can I do, will it be a visit to the vets or can I care for it at home? Have posted on Greyhound gap website but no replies, hoping someone here may have some knowledge when it comes to dogs.

She may have a corn coming. Quite common in greyhounds. Could you post a pic of the pad?

Im no vet by the way, but i have about 30 greyhounds lol.

They are not the clearest of pics i'm afraid but hopefully clear enough to see where its sore. Sorry about the size, tried making smaller but no luck.

Just looks like a sore at side of the large pad. Just wash that everyday in warm water, dry it and apply a bit of sudocrem or something.

Looking at the pic in the middle, not the top toe but the 2nd one down, can you squeeze the pad from the sides. Like nipping it from the sides of pad. Might just be how pictures taken but it looks like a dark circulur colouring under skin?? Im only on my iphone at minute so bit difficult to see.

Salty warm water would be good for bathing the graze.

Thanks for the advice, I'll try that. Can squeeze the pads, the second pad is 2 tone, but that's the same on the other paw too.

Should we cover the sore paw for walks etc, ie with the paw boots or vet wrap. Only have tubigrip here at the minute but can get the other bits tomorrow. Worry about it getting infected and discomfort for her, Thank you so much for your help you have put our mind at rest xx
