Did anyone else on here buy the deal and still waiting for delivery of the item. I ordered and paid on 4 Nov 2011 and was told 5 weeks for delivery as it was being hand made and comes from Europe ! Wish I knew this before I ordered. I am still waiting for mine to arrive and heard nothing. Anyone else in the same position. Have emailed but get no response !! I did happen to receive a £5 off voucher off my next order in post but the address was wrong dont know how the postie found me ! I am getting a little worried now.

You'll be safe with a credit card. Nothing you can do until they open so don't worry about it.

groupon are good at refunding if theres a problem, but they take forever to answer their email!

yes - chased them before christmas and was told they are sending out about 300 per day but that we would not be receiving ours before christmas (i also ordered extra beans) - if you check the offer i think it said something about 3 - 4 week delivery so not a lot we can do about it

hi i am in the same boat i ordered mine end of Oct and still no sign , reply or anything !!!!!! i am really mad and i have read other unhappy reviews on other sites ..... i rang Groupon a few weeks ago and they said they have been delayed and i should be getting it the end of the week ...... that was about 6 weeks ago !

Please does anyone know how long it is that you are covered by using a credit card if you dont receive the goods, thanks, Andy

This purchase has been a joke since the start. I too ordered my in Nov and have no end of problems and still no Bean Bag !! Infurn just do not answer the phone - always a Voicemail. The website stated delivery was week 2.. When I called Groupon to complain they cancelled my order without my consent. When I called back to query they promished to sort it out. I know go onto the Infurn site and says delivery is not due till April 2012 !!... Why Groupon and Infurn are selling items they do not have is a joke. I purchased the item for a xmas gift as the delivery was promished before december.... One of the worse purchase experiences I have had in recent times...

A lot of the companies they use are rubbish and unchecked, so you're literally trusting a complete stranger with your money and details.

I have become very wary of using unknown companies that you then have to pay additional funds to, such as delivery charges, as they have your card details on file.

We got ours early jan.... sorry to all but its crap, its like PVC on the outside and only half full of, lucky it was for a studio prop, certainly wouldnt have it in the house, it isn't comfy in the slightest.

Damn, that's sad to hear, like I said, they don't check on these companies or products, so you're literally buying blindly from an unknown website.

I've figured out that you can generally buy the same stuff on Ebay for less and buy from someone that cares about there feedback rating.

Got my this week, never chased it up, they rang me twice to check delivery details and when it had been dispatched. My friend also received hers last week. Not too sure yet, bit kind of noisy and scratchy but my daughter and her boyfriend are laid on it in the lounge and they say it's fab! Maybe just needs bedding in a bit........those still waiting think you'll get them, think they were just inundated with orders!

Yes... still waiting. I emailed in January, and received an automated reply saying my enquiry would be addressed within 24h... nothing... apart from countless opportunities for discounts from more stuff I might want to buy from them. Got a message a few weeks later giving me a delivery date in mid-March... still nothing!

I ordered and paid for a beanbag through a Groupon deal back in November, still no sign of delivery 7 months later. I regularly email Infurn and Groupon chasing delivery. Infurn customer service is completely non existent. Except for an initial email advising how well they were coping with unexpected demand (hmmm, somehow I disagree on that one!) and would deliver shortly, I've heard nothing. They have no communication with their customers whatsoever although are quick enough adding me to their mailing list and sending offers through … this company is a waste of space. Groupon do respond via email but just keep providing future delivery dates which come and go with no sign of the bean bag, it's completely put me off ever buying from Groupon again, they should ensure companies can meet demand. We now have a sweep going in work when it will actually get delivered!!
