Sat down to watch a movie last night from our Sky+ planner... And of course, it continued after the news so didn't have the last part recorded.

Why does Sky do that, they should automatically record both parts, or warn you that it's in 2 parts. It doesn't even mention it in the info when you press "i" grrrrrrr

id have thought sky+ would tape both parts cos ive got a humax and it does it automatically.
unwatchable? well try not even having a widescreen tv never mind a HD one, oh well at least I have a working ps3...

That happened to us with Troy, got up to the beach bit and then the news came on - never did watch it :-(

Nothing to do with Sky, ITV set their own flags in the EPG.
