Ordered a kids vtech camera from the deal on here, collected in store while i was with the kids, got it home and realised they had sent me a flipping pink one (for my son) emailed them Fri and today they have replied finally. Said they can't change as none left in stock , they are sorry for this , that and the other blah! blah! blah! and that they will send a courier to collect if i give them a day and refund me.
I'm not going to wait in all day for a courier.... do i have to? should they refund me now? Or when returend as i need to get another.
