heya guys and gals....

after easter hols and what not been a bit lame and missed going gym for a month..boo to me.. but have spent time uplaoding music to laptop so can download to ipod cos tomorrow im going back..quite excited..sad i know..but gym is awesome for giving u a buzz....

anyways....whats ur routine in the gym....what do u find is best...

im not very good but have improved.... do about 10minute run with fast walk either side... and 20minutes hard on x-trainer straight after. also situps (do them to the mortal kombat tune! have a lil routine!) arms free weights and hips on the machine weights.watever they r called. also do body combat class on mondays... which is so fantastic....

im just about to hit the gym in about 20mins lol.

Weights first then cardio. But i do Cardio off my off days, like to keep busy :D

its more diet then what you do at the gym but i guess you already know that beany:p

haha wish i was beany!

defo know no point unless u cut the cr*p out.....but its awesme in building stamina and toning up the after effects of 2 kids!

so do u look like ur pic? or is it still the 2 months 28 day wait?

Do warm up on exercise bike and then weights (differnt body parts a day) then bout 40 mins on X-Trainer or Traedmill!!!

Then relax in the sauna!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :thumbsup:

just want to get into really good shape for my holiday to Sweden in 2months. I find i get more motivated when i set goals.

I have a great 4 day split routine, can supply u it if needed, its a killer tho im like jelly after some days, cardio after weights for optimum results ;)

oh just noticed you are a lady lol, maybe u dont want a bulk up routine then haha

You should ask someone who works at the gym to give you a routine, they should know what they are talking about.

Im not an expert but i dont think its wise to train your upper body and lower body in the same session especially if you do the same routine above on every gym visit. I could be very wrong though.

I dont like personal Trainers, alot (not all) dont know what they are on about, im a member of another fitness fourm, get alot of good advice about diet/tranin and everything.:-D

just remeer guaise, dont forget to work the legs,squats ftw.

dont do sauna either...... i am uncomforable at how comforable everyone is in the gym... women bare all in the changing rooms...and i mean all .... am i jus weird to find i awkward!?!

im more of a cardio man, and amdoing the Plymouth Half Marathon in under 3 weeks, so mostly do running around national trust areas, but also cycling, and then weights once a week.
running 6days a week, with cycling as well on 2 of the days, and then weights on the 7th day

I'm a lady and told my trainer I just wanted to tone/train not bulk, she suggested bike, rower, step machine, x trainer followed by weights, for thighs, bingo wings, hips and chest, we finish with a slow jog. Broken my foot so haven't been for a couple of months and im actually missing it....and my netball!

get well son chas... hubby tells me to get personal trainer...he used one..but his stories scare me...! they do get results though i guess.....

surfer 90...ur workout is tough!! u must be a fitness fanatic.... how do u fond the time?! its fab though..gives u a natual buzz

hubby was doing the TNT diet for a bit (from mens health mag)... and yep it was all about doing free weoghts..but quite extreme... did build his arms up quite nicely..and his legs....:-D:-D:-D

you should of see then time were two peiople arranged a fight, 1 never showed. the other guy bragged on there. then the guy who didnt show, turned up outside the other gusy house, took pics and put em on the site.
