I am growing my hair long to get like the picture below and i am asking you "hukders " if you have any tips on getting this style? Is there some sort of mousse that can make my hair soft and fluffy?

TBH it wouldn't really matter what sort of a hair style Mr Bloom had!!

Good Luck on finding a stylist who can do that for you. They will know what potion to apply.

My other half is a hair dresser and just had alook at the picture and she said you dont need something to make it soft and fluffy you need something to make it stiff.

And that was her exact words !

well I wear a cap when that happens - they flare up in the wind when not oiled!
