I finally discoverd that the lost hampster was under the freezer, after 3 days of it being missing,i tried to get it out with several diffrient methods, put the cats in the other room ,after about 40 mins of trying with lights and food i gave up ,5 mins later with the cats in the other room,it was lying on the floor with the feet up,do you think its dead or playing dead or possibly hibernated from the cold, still warm but no sign of life, was moving about 20 mins b4 it was lying on the floor,
so is it really possible for them to hibernate when they get too cold?

Put it in the microwave see if it wakes up.
#7
Put it in a blender with its own weight of sugar, then boil to dissolve sugar.

Use as a planting medium for spring bulbs.

What?

Haven't you heard of Tulips from Hamster Jam? :p

They can 'hibernate' - wrap it up in a warm blanket and gently massage / stroke - it'll come back

no I don't have a hampster, I do have a HAMSTER however, and I've had many in the past that lived past 2 years, even 3, I've also breed them, so I think I know a thing or 2, I also have cats and they have never attacked or eaten my HAMSTERS

Maybe next time you go in Pets At Home you walk straight back out? problem solved (_;)

Sorry about your hamster JACKIT99,when I was a kid I had a white mouse that did something like this
(on my older sisters wedding day!) We gave it a drop of brandy and the kiss of life as I remember and it was fine. A bit wobbly but fine.

Makes a change from 'come up and see my puppies' to 'come up and see my 'hibernating' hamster'!! Mind you, that cardigan of AW's would bring anything back to life! :p

I'd come to life if i was wrapped in a warm blanket and stroked ..... not necessarily by AW though !!
#39
Yer stick it in a blanket for a day - might be hibernating or you could have killed it by scaring it to death with a torch

If it is still warm its alive when it is hard like a rock its dead - can you still feel a heartbeat

Sorry for your loss, may i suggest a fitting goodbye
