She put me on some anti depresents a year ago.... What a failure ehh... I though they wer working until a month or two ago.

I have a appointment for Friday.


maybe your meds might need some fine tuning sweetness. these things go up and down you know, good days and not so good days.

I'm glad you got an appointment booked.

Have things been worse lately for some reason?

I do feel the need to workout, that gets me down, have not got the bottle to join the gym or anything like that, although I really want to... I think it is because I have no one to go with,,.

I dont like gyms either.. can be kinda scary! I like swimming though, do you? :)

That is fantastic advice, but have no get up and go at the moment. All I seam to do is sleep..I will sit down to watch the cricket or something, and just go to sleep., I must sleep about 4 hours in the day, because I am shattered...

I feel the need to want to help other people??


maybe you should do some volunteering work? help people less fortune that you are might make you feel better bout yourself and make you feel good for helping other people.

Not really.. I can keep up in the deep end, but make a flapping mess if I try to swim properly.. lol

trust me...stick em in ya bedroom. ive got loadsa weights and stuff all over my bedroom. no walkabout space lol but it will help alot in fighting depression!

it releases all the good chemicals in ya body which counter act the bad chemicals which come out when ur stressed and lazy and not working out

i dont go gym.

I did get all the paper work for the local hospital, but never bothered to fill the paperwork in.. I feel the need to help people, but don't know how....

I was reading before on here about a woman who thinks she was scammed via gumtree for rent for a cottage. I nearly PM'ed her asking for a paypal address to send the money she had lost as it was so tight. Things like that would make me feel better I suppose.

Sounds like a good idea, and ideas of ok kit to get?? Argos numbers and that?? I used to have some with sand in as a kid..

I gave up on religion a couple of years ago. Don't really do charity's as I see the massive wastage on adverts and high salary's for the people at the top of most charities.

sometimes you need to step back from things in order to see them properly and find out whats wrong. one way of doing this could be to put yourself into a different environment. there are working holidays on farms in devon/cornwall you can take and I know it may sound daft but you will be away from things, around different people, but with a purpose so you will have time to think but not too much time. the fresh air from working outdoors will help loads and you will feel worthwhile too. its just a suggestion but I hope you manage to find a way of seeing whats really wrong, you'll be a step closer to fixing it then, good luck

Cans of beans, sounds ok... Have a few of them in the cupboard..


put some power ballads on and do some aerobics in your living room for 20 mins or so. You'll get hot and sweaty and can go shower :) and then feel fresh!

maybe you should fill out the application form, you dont have know how to figure out how to do it when you start, they might give training in some instance :)

are you religious? you could help with homeless shelters and stuff lots of churches run them, gives you the opportunity to talk to people and have no one and no one to turn to sometimes they might need a bed for the night or someone to talk to.

you could give money to a charity and participate actively in your chosen charity if that makes sense
