Basicly it is worth considerably more than what i ordered.

Update- Item has now been arranged to be picked up.
Thanks for all the comments

If I remember rightly, the law on unsolicited goods says you have to inform the true owner to come pick up their goods from your home by such and such a date. You do not have to return the goods to whoever sent them to you nor do you have to do anything that will cost you anything in relation to the goods. However you do have to keep them safe and unopened until they are collected. If they arent collected by the specified date they are yours.

However, it has been uhhhh... wow 12 yrs now. So, I could be wrong.

The price on the reciept is the price of the original item, which has been taken from my account. Iv got a top spec tv when i only ordered a wii fit, god knows how this has happened but the tv was all addressed to me

I couldnt believe it when my neighbour pulled out this tv. I am an honest person usually, but this is very tempting to be the exception. Ive always wanted one of these tv's but damn i was looking forward to a workout lol.

well they will have expected you to realise it isnt a wii by now lol

Deny all knowledge and keep the TV. What proof do they have if it says the Wii Fit and the price on your receipt. We're in a credit crunch man make the most of it.
(Don't watch My Name Is Earl though)

They are not allowed to take the money though, so they will have to contact me to ask me to return it. If they do then i will return it, but until then i hope they dont get in touch:whistling:

DHL hand me parcels addressed to someone else all the time but so far I've always caught them before they've driven off, I can understand if it happened once but they're making a habit out of it.

Thats going along my lines of thought lol. I certainly couldnt afford the tv right now. Its just im worried if my neighbour ends up getting asked about it.

Just keep the blasted thing and enjoy your fortunate mix up! I ordered the Warhammer DoW collection from TheHut and was sent Wall-E for the PC - It had the order number and name of another person on the front of it. Subsequently, I have also learned that Asda supply TheHut with media, since there was a large Asda sticker on the front.

Since had it sorted, and enjoying my game. But I wish I'd been sent a tv.

i'd have to say I think the legal onus is on you to inform them they sent you the wrong thing. If you don't I'm not sure you'd get away with it. It's possible as other people have, but personally I wouldnt risk it.
