Over the last year during the holidays weve taken the kids to The Fobidden Corner at Leyburn, Scotts Grotto in Ware, Lands End at Cornwall, Babbacombe Model Village, Can anyone sugest anywhere else to go thats different, that could be as good as these places?

depends where you are and how far you are willing to travel

animals etc but its got the tiger tree walk - lookouts - and its really cheap to get in

We don't mind where it is we live in Essex by the sea, Weve travelled all the way to Lands End! and way up North, will leave you rep:)

What about Portmerion .............in the north of Wales . Allways wanted to go there myself and will someday when I'm not allways working .Dont think theres much for the kids though . But I think it's different .
It's where they filmed The Prisoner , you know !

Might depend on your kid's ages, but we ve just been to Paultons Park nr Southampton and had a great day.

It probably suits kids under 8 best, as most of the rides/attractions are fairly tame, a lot more laid back than most theme parks.

It's also quite good value at £17 and there were hardly any queues for the rides.

Been to Rotarura!!!!! Went in 1981:) Was Brilliant then, Going to take the kids though! so they can see it all:)
