Has anyone had their Paper Jamz delivered yet from M&S? Did they come unpackaged?

Quite annoyed as ordered a paper jamz guitar from the deal posted on M&S. It arrived by courier completely unpackaged, they had just stuck a delivery label on the actual guitar packaging. It was only lucky that my son didn't answer the door as it would have completely spoilt his xmas prezzie.
Anyone elses had theirs delivered like this? x

That's not right is it?? Never heard of that before. Send them a complaint e-mail and see what they say!

Debenhams did the same with my gaming chair I bought for my son.. They just stuck the invoice to it. 99% sure it had been opened and re-taped too. I returned it (it was pants anyway)!
Def give them a ring.

Think I will send them an email as come to think of it there wasn't an invoice or returns note attached either. x

I was going to suggest the same, it's only a little white lie after all.

My son's birthday present came 2 days late (from John Lewis) I sent them a alightly angry email and they gave me £15 as a sorry...result :)

Had an email back from them today. I complained as delivery was late also. They have refunded my purchase price and given me a £15 m&s credit, quite pleased with that. :)

Mine arrived in a box which had a massive footprint where someone had stood on it. The packaging of the guitar is all torn and battered. I complained to M&S but they said they were now out of stock so couldn't do anything about it. I'm feeling annoyed because I ordered online and then saw lots (in pristine condition) in my local store. No offer of anything except a refund if I sent it back.
