did you get a particularly good deal or could you get similar elsewhere?

If you got a cracking deal and want to hold off a little longer then do, but if it was standard pricing etc cancel and get your products elsewhere.

no it wasnt on offer it was a small sofa but the size is the size i needed for conservetry so it means i would need to look around for that size again, just annoyed after waiting this long to be told wait again grrrrr if i knew 100% it would come when they saying it will i would wait but looking at other people experiences they have been delayed over and over not sure what to do think i might look and if i see anything in the meantime then cancel

I ordered a new bed last year at uni, it took over the delivery time to arrive despite several calls and worse than that it really was a pile of crap.
i would NEVER buy furniture from Argos again. Cheap tat with long delivery times.

Hi SabJ, I had a similar problem with Argos regarding a triple wardrobe. I waited 8 weeks before it arrived flat packed. None of the 3 doors matched and the holes for the screws were drilled slightly out of line so the wardrobe doors wouldn't have hung properly when put together. Also the back of the wardrobe was a flimsy sheet of wood in two parts that was held together with a sliding plastic seal (these types have a habit of bowing over time). I sent the lot back and got a refund.

You are welcome:thumbsup: lol I was imagining you were ordering bedroom furniture because of the other comments. If its rattan you can get some nice fancy throws and cushions and make it look unique, good luck SabJ:)

I had endless problems with Argos, took 9 weeks to get my sofas and they have been sent back twice!!!
1st time there was a huge scratch down the back (leather) 2nd time there was a hole in the arm. I found customer services ok(depending on who you speak to) I managed to FINALLY get my sofas and £50 gift card for the trouble, just make out you need it NOW and you have no sofa I am sure they can push it for you, surely?

Good Luck

We had problems with a sofa from Argos, poor quality.
Was ok for a few weeks then the seats sagged and wouldn't return to shape, cheap rubbish.
Mind call them before the 28 days is up after it arrives if you want to send it back.

Was this model here , the corner and three seater, cushions had no support at all.
Had to go back as it was faulty, Argos didn't even refund the delivery charge.
