Has anyone tried Lighter life?

What is it like?

I know someone who is using it to lose weight, and has done well so far

she is having 3 lighter life shakes a day and having a meal in the evening

Does it taste like crap.

I know the best way to lose weight is through eating sensible meals with plenty of veg and lean meat if you eat meat., get exercise etc..

I was just wondering about this lighter life!

Its instant weight loss, fast and lots.

But of course, what comes off...will eventually go back on, the second you stop, or start weaning yourself off it with 'healthy' meals, as directed by lighter life, the weight creeps back on unless you are incredibly self willed and motivated.

Plus its blooming expensive.

I havent done it, but a former colleague of mine was doing it and raved about it. Lloyds pharmacy have a plan called 'celebrity slim' or something, it's very similar but much cheaper.

She is having 200g of lean meat or fish, and lots of vegetables

She also has stir fries without any carbohydrates

I didn't think you were supposed to either....

A colleague of mine has also been on it. She says it tastes horrible and it's so expensive...£60 or so a week I believe.

Yeah your not suppose too. There is also a lot of side affects such as headaches, constipation, and although rare, one woman actually died from drinking too much water whilst on it.

i know two people from work who are currently on it.
The first is a 45yr old lady who was rather 'rotund' she started using it a week befor going on annual leave, for various reasons i didnt see her for about 6 weeks and when i did, i didnt recognise her at all, she had lost nearly 5stone. Since then she started eating sensibly and about half of this weight has now crept back on but the changes were very noticable.

The second person was a 50yr old fella, weighing almost 20st he started it nearly 5weeks ago, it has been a real struggle for him as in those five weeks he celebrated fathers day, a birthday, a retirement party and various BBQs all of which he's been unable to eat and only drink water at.
Again the changes are very noticable and he lost 3 stone in a few weeks.

i tried this, well lipotrim and again it worked great but the all you lost was added + more once you came off it, as you was never taught portion sizes and healthy eating @ all, my advice is try something like dietchef real food in real portion sizes and you still lose weight
