Ok, now I recently moved into a flat temporarily over summer and was due my first bill a few weeks ago but never got it. It was only because I went to visit a friend at my old address that I realised that the bills for the new address were sent to the old address and by the time I came back outgoing calls had been barred, I tried paying bill but was informed I was getting a late payment charge, a reconnection charge etc.
I sent a email complaint and never herad back so waited another week and contacted chief executives office who replied a few days later apologising and telling me that they have wiped the months line rental, and reconnected my line to full outgoing and incoming calls.
I was away when the email was sent(Wednesday) and just came back to find I am still getting dialling tone but when I try to dial out it tells me "this number is not regonised"
I however still have my broadband service and a dial tone on phone.
