Is it worth a punt on those odds?
"2 horse race" in effect, heat, nerves, exhaustion for Federer anything could happen or, just Roddick might just overpower him

Played 20..........18 in favour of Federer. Chances are slim.

I know what you mean just love the thought of the underdog winning, (naive City fan lol) :)
I just wonder will Federer being over confident and looking past the man and focusing solely on being the Grand Slam daddy

I just can't see anything other than a Federer win.............even if he played with a plastic racket. lol

Lol, ok , i'll keep my crisp fiver in my betfair account for a rainy day :)
Plastic rackets, that would be funny, no, if they played 5 sets on swingball instead :giggle:

never rule out the underdog, Murry had a better record over Roddick & Roddick still beat him so maybe this is the year for the underdog.

True.........but Murray and Federer are poles apart in terms of quality especially when it comes to Grand Slams. I think Federer really wants this so that he can hang up his racket when he's ready confirmed as the greatest of all time.

Pmsl, i think if he played with no strings he would win, awesome player, plus he has the record to go for, so chances are very slim, but if you have a tenner spare its always worth a punt:thumbsup: plus it gives it that bit of extra excitement watching it knowing you could win some cash,

federer should win however this years roddick is a new man ,he has lost weight and has a new coach and he is twice the player of old wherass fed is NOT the player he used to be i had a bet on roddick each way @40/1 so ive already got a 20/1 winner from him so i will just enjoy the match

I had so much cash on The Fed from the start, I backed Roddick yesterday at 7/1 also.....

If Fed wins i'm up £700, If Roddick wins i'm up £600....

Best way is to win is get on bet365 now..... Set, point and fault betting in running, updated every few seconds....

I was up £600 on the last Roddick game alone....

maxmix

PS Small stakes at £30-£40 each bet....
