  Well I could make some poor attempt at a joke and say something about the phone being white and that black ones run faster, but that would be poor taste so I wont bother.

  Buymobilephones are sharing some of their commission from 3 with you, that's why you're getting it cheaper from them. Networks do it all the time, allowing some of their bigger dealers to offer variable tariffs.

  Seems a very good deal because 3 wouldn't budge at all. . Wife's contract has come down by £5 a month, and I already had the £25 One SIM only so decided to upgrade my mobile as I'd like a tablet, and I can compromise with this and not buy a tablet.
