from my flat it would be a single red rose that i got from my boyfriend, from my house the two roses and a book of memorible bits from me and my boyfriends trips abroad. :) (God I sound mushy!) oh and my spurs bits probably!

My mobile, so I could (a) phone the fire brigade and (b) film the house burning, nothing better than uploading your own house going up in smoke on YouTube, lol :p

Me it would be the telescopic ladder from under my bed that would be used to climb down:thumbsup: 3.6m long and less than £50 real piece of mind! and im sad enough to have tested it to escape (thats if sad = being assured id have a chance of saving my kids! after all being practical has lead to me being called sad before on here). Possesions are immaterial and insurance can deal with those, photo's are all backed up in other places and my lifes memories and sentiments are carried in my heart:thumbsup:

Sorry wasnt aimed at you. Justb the other day someone called me sad for making a list of house contents and taking photographic back up for possible insurance purposes, think it was because i included the shed:oops: (that said theres a few grands worth of tools and stuff in there)

Tricky one, I'd say my camera equipment if I was allowed it (since it's technically more than one item) as my laptops are all backed up and one of the copies is kept away from the house.

its not sad at all,its good thinking,your kids are your world like mine are to me :thumbsup:

for me i would just make sure i had my kids and if that goes without saying it would be the laptop :)
