Have you had a delivery date from musthave100 that has passed?

To gauge how many contracts have been broken by musthave100 can you please state whether you have had a delivery date from musthave that has been and gone? Due to the thoughts that this may be a scam and we can assess how many have not received an expected delivery!

Thought it best to start a new thread for this so the answers dont get cluttered!

REMEMBER THIS POLL IS FOR THOSE WHOS DELIVERY DATE HAS BEEN AND GONE!

For those still waiting for their delivery date to come see this thread for updates on what the current situation MAY be: http://www.hotukdeals.com/forums/showthread.php?t=111565http://www.hotukdeals.com/forums/showthread.php?t=111565

Bear in mind that the majority is currently speculation and not definite one way or the other. Use your instinct and judgement on this one. I am still sat on the fence at the minute until some proof either way comes along.

Considering that at the time of ordering, the website stated there would be a 4-6 week wait on these, the company hasn't broken any contracts. At the time of formation, the time scale given was 4-6 weeks. This was agreed to at the time of purchase. Any further information given by the company after the purchase was made in respect to delivery times does not form a part of the initial contract.

Yes, I read the first post and I replied to something stated in the first post (which is incorrect).

I've also voted, as the delivery date has been and gone and my dad got his TV.

Repeating an old argument here but you have said you got what you ordered? So did you get a 520 or 530 model? So the contract has been broken if you received the 520, as you like all of us ordered the 530!

But not the one that was ordered! The question asks was:
Myself
I've ordered and received what I ordered when I was told it would arrive.

Note the part highlighted in blue!

Yes, you are repeating an old argument, which has already been done to death on the other thread. Yes, I got what I ordered. I suggest you go back over the old thread to see exactly why I say I got what I ordered. No contract broken here. The company even gave those who got the 520 the opportunity to exchange it for the 530 if they were not happy in order to remedy the situation. No-one took them up on their offer. The fact that they did not take them up on their offer to exchange implies that they were happy with the product they got, thus the contract was not broken. The contract would have been considered as being breached if the company made no offer to rectify the mistake. So, you're still wrong - no contract has been broken.

As for your highlighted part, I have received exactly what I ordered.

But would the 530 have materialised had you wished to exchange? Thats the burning question! and whatever you say you ordered the fact is they were only offfering 530's for sale not 520's so your order was exactly for the 530 check your order and tell me you did order a 520! Whether or not you believe that you simply ordered was a 32" lcd TV or whatever your order WAS for a different model than you received, unless there was an option to tick a box to allow substition for a similar model that you saw and everyone else affected missed! Its not about whether you are happy to receive the differnt model (which most people would be) the issue is about musthave fulfilling orders correctly and succesfully.
