I brought a game from a new user (thought I'd give them a try) on PlayTrade yesterday, payment went through, all seemed fine.
This morning, she emailed me to tell me she hasn't even GOT the game and can I cancel it through Play! The cheek! I've couldn't just cancel it because payment has been processed, so I've had to ring up Play and get them to cancel it. So not only have I not got the game, I've got to wait for 3 working days for the money to go back in my account and I've had to pay for a phone call - not impressed! I am FUMMING! Play weren't impressed either.
I have waited a little while before posting as I think they mods would ban me with all the lovely language I was spouting!
