I had to keep my son off school today because of his hayfever. His eyes were swollen so bad he couldnt open them:-( and I had to try peel the film off them. An hour after he got up he had sneezed so much we started counting - and stopped at 50. I dont suffer from this but wish I could swap places with him as its awful. Gave him a cool shower this morning and bathed his eyes till they were better. Its horrible keeping all the windows shut when its roasting hot outside!!!

Our garden has everything in it for kids - big trampoline, swings etc and all the neighbours kids (well all 5 of them) are allowed to use it and my poor son could only watch from the window with a big petted lip!

I know all the weather reports today have advised that the pollen count is very high around the UK for the next few days.
