Headphone Help

Hi, I'm wanting some new headphones. I usually use JVC Gunmy Earphones, but have been looking at these:

Any good? Are they a step up from the earphones? I want them mainly for my Netbook and Mobile.

I don't know those ones but the Sony ZX300 gets good reviews. Well put together and good sound.
