I bought a Nokia 5800 phone brand new with all accessories etc from eBay.
Unfortunately, after just an hour of use the headphones have stopped working properly. The left headphone gives out a loud crackle/static noise everytime I play something. I have tried the usual disconnecting and reconnecting, restarting phone, taking battery out, etc but nothing works.
The seller kindly sent me in e-mail the T-Mobile dispatch for warranty purposes. The Nokia website states the manufacturer warranty does cover accessories. But how do I get a replacement headphones sent to me? Who do I contact as the dispatch note obviously doesn't have my name or address on it.
