I have just got back from my holidays and ate way to much and drank way to much and therefore I have deceided to get on a sort of diet. With work I can eat when I want so I could snack at 10 am and at 3pm if I want as well as take my lunch around midday.
I need healthy meals which I can take to work for lunch which can be eaten out of a plastic container. I am not into salad but I cn manage it for a couple of days a week. I also weight train so I need something that is going to help build muscle ( protein) the bovious things are fish and chicken but its what I can put with them that gets me.
Does anyone have any suggestions or good websites where I can get recipe ideas from?
