I have just got back from my holidays and ate way to much and drank way to much and therefore I have deceided to get on a sort of diet. With work I can eat when I want so I could snack at 10 am and at 3pm if I want as well as take my lunch around midday.

I need healthy meals which I can take to work for lunch which can be eaten out of a plastic container. I am not into salad but I cn manage it for a couple of days a week. I also weight train so I need something that is going to help build muscle ( protein) the bovious things are fish and chicken but its what I can put with them that gets me.

Does anyone have any suggestions or good websites where I can get recipe ideas from?

Thanks

Simple pasta dishes with chicken in them - easy to make and low cal.

I thought pasta was not a good thing to eat when trying to cut down on bodyfat?

Soup. It provides huge possibilities for variety, is easy to heat up, can be eaten anywhere and if you work out you need to take in more fluids anyway.

Not lots of it, no.

But if you go to the gym, it's a good source of energy that's easily burned off.
