Hello capitals!

Long and short: Not really.

What service do you payfor, What service do you EXPECT from your line and how far away from the telephone exchange are you?
#2
Where are you getting these statistics from? From a speed test or from the actual router log?

if you have a stable line (BB doesnt disconnect often) ring TalkTalk and ask them to switch you to a more aggressive profile.

Eliminating extensions also help, so does plugging into the master socket, there's many variables.

Also ease down on the caps.

You also appear to have a problem with your 'caps lock' button, perhaps it's related?

I got this router and it didn't want to work . speeds were ok but it had a really long pause after I clicked on a link. so ended up put old router back on.

Log in to your router it will tell you your actual download and upload , the speed tests your using are very unreliable and not accurate, You will lose speed testing wireless aswell so always do it wired.
