probably the main one in the city, but its on a major bus route so won't have to wait long

I could be wrong, I tend to just drive past it so don't use trains much

EDIT: From Man city webpage:

rail

Manchester Piccadilly is the closest main line station to SportCity and is approximately a 20 to 30 minute walk from the City of Manchester Stadium.

Ashburys is a smaller station situated to the south on Alan Turing Way and is a 15 minute walk to the stadium.

walking

There is a safe, sign posted and well lit route from the city centre and Piccadilly station to SportCity. It takes in Store Street, Pollard Street, Ashton New Road and Holt Town. Stewards will be on hand along the route which takes around 30 minutes from Piccadilly Gardens and 20 to 30 from the train station.

bus
There are many and frequent services to SportCity from all directions.
Direct services to the stadium are: 53, 54, 185, 186, 216, 217, 230, 231, 232, 233, 234, 235, 236, 237, X36 and X37.

No worries, alternatively if you decide to drive there's a big ASDA across the road (maximum parking on match days is 1 1/2 hrs...but don't think they enforce it!):whistling:
