I'm rather confused with boffer at the moment.
I don't believed I had a parcel delivered to me!
In the last 6 weeks i have received 2 undelivered notices... both of which are the same code. (A replacement order from amazon) neither time have I nor my mum been in to sign for said package.
I messaged boffer concerning the whereabouts of my package, not realising at first that the second notice was infact the same as the first package wise.
They claim that the parcel has been returned to them by the courier.
Strange thing is, I didn't receive an email saying that my item was being dispatched. (Which boffer usually do)
anyway, I have a few reassons to believe my order has not been sent to me.
As I said I then contacted boffer, and they said they received it back so would refund me my money. Why hadn't they contacted me concerning this? Also, they emailed me to say they will refund me the cost of the product... which means I'm losing out on £2.99?! postage. Yet in my eyes the item hasn't been posted!
Does anyone know what i can do about this?
Sorry for ranting but I don't feel boffer have / are behaving correctly. :(

er shouldnt u be ranting on boffer then lol

if it helps i think alot of stuff was sent out without emails due to the lasst bofferthon, and im pretty sure they refund the full amount

also the courier they use sucks citylink half the time they dont bother leaving cards and some people have reported bein sat in waiting at the time they have claimed to have attempted delivery.

I did message boffer first, but since then this has proper confused me. :(
Should I take the matter up with citylink then? :/ or is it up to boffer to?
it's all so weird. I feel conned. :(

i would certainly be having words with citylink if they havent left any cards but its been sent back they will be able to confirm if there was a parcel out for delivery i would imagine.
If they did send it bk they are mostly at fault for not giving you a chance to get it redelivered by leaving a card.

I had a problem with city link delivering something I bought on boffer. I missed them and they claimed to be redelivering it to me after I contacted them yet returned it to boffer instead. Boffer were very good about it all and re sent it out to me with no fuss and admited, and apologised for city link being lousy!
Have you checked the city link website with your consignment number and seen whats been put there?

It was the bag of **** which is why i can't have it send to me again! grr. My other order arrived. :(
it's soo much easier for me to have it delivered by royal mail! :( (mini sorting office in my village!)
If boffer get back to me i'll ask them if they have the number, if not I'll push for them to refund me my money as it's clear they have no proof of ever sending it out to me. :D
I know it's only £2.99... but it's a days food worth of money to me. :(
Amazon have been really good about my broken item! :D

I quite agree, it's not the money it's the principle.
is your number not on the card they left? You said the cards had the same number?

look at your boffer account and copy the order number than stick it in the customer reference box and that might work did for mine :thumbsup:

I've had that before. Seems to be procedure when they can't be bothered delivering parcels.
