I'm rather confused with boffer at the moment.
I don't believed I had a parcel delivered to me!
In the last 6 weeks i have received 2 undelivered notices... both of which are the same code. (A replacement order from amazon) neither time have I nor my mum been in to sign for said package.
I messaged boffer concerning the whereabouts of my package, not realising at first that the second notice was infact the same as the first package wise.
They claim that the parcel has been returned to them by the courier.
Strange thing is, I didn't receive an email saying that my item was being dispatched. (Which boffer usually do)
anyway, I have a few reassons to believe my order has not been sent to me.
As I said I then contacted boffer, and they said they received it back so would refund me my money. Why hadn't they contacted me concerning this? Also, they emailed me to say they will refund me the cost of the product... which means I'm losing out on £2.99?! postage. Yet in my eyes the item hasn't been posted!
Does anyone know what i can do about this?
Sorry for ranting but I don't feel boffer have / are behaving correctly. :(
