Hi Just wondering if anyone can suggest what I should do - I booked 3 flights for a cheap weekend away in a couple of weeks time - never received any email confirmation but checked online that the booking was made and all seemed fine. I didn't print anything off as thought I'd wait till I checked in online to do that . I have gone to check in online today and suddenly noticed that one of the surnames (mine) is wrong! I am sure I would have entered it correctly as am always really careful so I don't know how it happened and I never spotted it before but I see that they charge £100 to change a name. It is my name that they have the wrong surname for and so I'm sure I wouldn't have made a mistake entering my own name!! Does anyone think that is it possible there was a glitch on the system? Tried to call them earlier but was cut off! I will try and call them again tomorrow but am not very optimistic about them being helpful! My only other option is to book the flight again at 4 times the price - I am so gutted!
