i recently purchased a n95 battery cover on ebay and the seller said in listing that it is 100% genuine. When the item came as expected it was a fake. I left him a negative feedback and now he is just trying all sorts to come back on me.
He gave me seven missed calls, God knows how he got my no. in the first place, wasn't through ebay as ebay exchange info for both parties if u request the details of the other. when i called him from work he just kept saying that he did not knew that the cover was not genuine and that he is willing to come around from london to plymouth to get this sorted. kinda scare me also he sent me some txt during the day asking me to call him to confirm whether its ok to come around weekend with the original cover.
i have called him in the eve and he was probably drunk and said "he will sort the things properly" and that i did a nasty thing by leaving a negative feedback, i have told him if he continues than i will have to report him to police for harassment to which he says its not harassment as he did not witheld his no. and apparent he knows the law as he is "born" here.
i am just worried now that he knows my name, address, phone no. he might use the details for some sort of scam or fraud. i have told him for the time being that if he posts me the right cover i will try taking back me the negative feedback
i am really tempted to report him to the police, i have all the emails and recorded the last call,
can someone plz advise on this matter,
