Need some advice please....

My mum and dad just moved to another area new house etc.... There is no dish on the wall ATM...

No Cable in the area and no Freeview reception etc...

She cancelled her Sky and AOL broadband a few weeks back before moving....

What is going to be the best deal for her to get Sky channels and Broadband and home phone maybe too.... + Senanta if possible....

Anyone know what is out there ? BT said they can provide a box and Broadband and home phone, but no information has came from them yet !

Thanks

Virgin offer Setanta, Sky do not i believe. The best way to do it (For me), is to get Virgin tv, o2 bb, and bt phoneline and calls.
£11 for BT phoneline
£9.50(?) if your and o2 customer for bb
not sure what Virgin's TV prices are like.

OR
If you prefer, and it will prob be a little cheaper, get it all from Virgin, probs be around the £35 mark for all three, including setanta. (if you haggle)

EDIT: have just read no cable. Im such a plank.

Girvan, Ayrshire.... Everything stops about 20 miles north in Ayr etc...

My dad still likes the Sky channels, Discovery and the old movies on certain channels etc...

BT Vision is freeview plus their on demand service.

If you don't get Freeview the box will be pretty much useless

Sorry ... no idea, I would not pay Rupert Murdoch one penny piece.

I use Freesat / Freeview.

Same here also, no C5 or freeview in Campbeltown, only through a Sky dish for C5 etc
