from the RM website i found this page
http://www.royalmail.com/portal/rm/jump3?catId=500185&mediaId=400144

and the Downloadable Loss, Damage, Delay Claim Form (P58), Mail sent within the UK (pdf 470kb)
ftp://ftp.royalmail.com/Downloads/public/ctf/rm/Inland_(2006current_version).pdf

is this the correct form?

and how can i justify the value of my lost due to it got lost in the post resulting i losing my mobile redemption?

Yes, that is the correct form. It's called a P58, you can also pick one up from the Post Office.
I'm a bit confussed by your title, did you use ISF? Was it sent abroad?, if so then you can only claim a maximum of £34.00.
You can send a copy of the invoice that you sent the buyer to confirm the amount you are claiming.

thanks for replying.

sorry if i haven't made it clear. i use (within UK) Signed-for recorded delivery for making my mobile redemption claims.

now, that the post has got lost and therefore wanting to claim RM for the financial lost as a result.

so how much can i get and how could i proof the importance of the enclosed document?

Sit down, I've some bad news :-( :-(
You cannot claim for consequential loss using Recorded Delivery I'm afraid. You should have used Special Delivery with enhanced Insurance.
The most the Royal Mail will pay out is 12 First Class Stamps.

As for the recipient, I would send them a copy of the R/D slip along with the receipt and a copy of the things you originally sent them and hope they accept it.

Sorry for the bad news.
