We have the ultimate splash attack inflatable water slide and its has got a number of holes to the inner lining through time & wear. The repair kits are only for small holes but one of them is about 30cm x 15cm. Its in the inner lining so air is escaping making it deflate when the chilren get on it. Any ideas or suggestions how to fix we tried duck tape but as it gets wet it just comes off. It cost over £400 so dont just want to bin it at lest not until the end of this summer season. Anybody any suggestions thanks

There is a tape which is siler and fabric based, laggers use it, its very good but would only be good for a day maybe! you wont be able to glue large tears but you may be able to vulcanise somehow with an iron!

Why not buy sum good water proof glue then go to local asda where they normally sell packs of water wings with rings and mini surfboards all inflatable then use the cheap items from asda As patches once you've cut them to shape n size and stick with plastic glue from local Diy store just an idea hope
It helps x

yeah get some suitable thick plastic, as perpita suggests, a cheapy rubber ring should do the trick, then cover it with epoxy, and stick it on.

i have the same problem with our inflatable water slide, the outer material has come apart from inner vinyl making slide deflate and can not patch as need to bond the two materials back together and need to know what is the best waterproof adhesive to use to inject inbetween the two layers, some guy on youtube said HH-66 vinyl cement is best but i can not find this in the uk.
