I have about 60 games - all are RPG (85% amiga and rest are PC) which are very rare! Mostly are complete and in mint condition.

I have been searching in Ebay and there are hardly any!!! and I dont use ebay for selling.

Anyone know of any retro games specialist who might be interested in buying my whole stuff?

I sometimes look for peoples 'shops' on ebay, it's always a good starter. Email them and ask, because they probably sell a lot at computer fairs, etc as well as ebay.

Also google some stuff, and see what comes up. There should be collector sites, then ask there if anyone wants to buy

Sell 'em at a car boot sale? but I'd keep 'em if they aren't taking up too much space, I binned about 1000 Amiga, Amstrad & Old PC games & wish I didn't :(

But I did keep a couple of classics :)

Whatever you do,don't go to any local second hands shops that specifically sell elec goods and comp games etc.Ages back I knew someone who had a NES,SNES and a Megadrive console and tons of games for them, there was even a NES gun for Duck Hunt and she went in 1 of them and was told £10 for the lot.Basically they going give you next to nothing likely,if they are anything like the trader shops round where I live.Anyway she sold them to me in end cos needed cash for rent, she decided she wanted £30 and then I went round and she put up price to £40.Anyway I recall selling some cheat cartridge or other for about £30 alone and it was good profit for me on eBay by time it all sold.
RPG PC games,if they Final Fantasy well I know FF8 was worth a bit on eBay if it was like an original 1 with severa discs not the dvd case style ones, cos I was going sell mine a bit back on there but went against it cos I don't know if I be able to play my copy of it on Playstation like later on cos I'm totally lost with what Sony supposed to be doing with this PS3,my partner said something about them lowering the price but he didn't think the PS2 games played in it,oh I'm confused with it all. All I know is I got a PS2 and there some games I got from 1st Playstation I like to play again some day so I am def keeping my FF8 on PC.

Free ad in the back of Retro Gamer? Or something on their message board in the 'for sale' thread?

Just to clear you up Mum2Connor&Cerys,the PS3 is getting it's bits changed about ( oh er missus!) so it wont be able to run PS2 games, but your old PS1 games (FF 8 etc ) will work fine.

I know what I am doing:-D I have delibrately kept and invested those games over the years. Because with RPG, in those days, the boxes came with manuals, story books, artifacts and maps which were absolutely joyful and interesting:)

During research, I noted Amiga Moonstone was selling for £80 and Ultima 4, 5 and 6 for £50 each.

So here's hoping I would get say average £30 - that would be nice goldmine:thumbsup:
