Hi
I need some help with my computer, in the last couple of days I can't get on msn but the checks says everything is fine (the error code is 81000306) but I can access the internet but only some websites and not others. Does anyone have any ideas how I can fix this? I have tried clearing cookies etc....
Thank you for any help!!

Try going onto google or ask and type in msn + 81000306
You will probably find the solution from other people who
have encountered the same problem..........

EDIT found the solution on ask

The link works fine for me.........
Go to ask type in msn + 81000306
the third or fourth one down is the solution.
The start of the web address will be the same as the link above...........

Try switching your router off for 30 seconds and then back on.

I have switched it off for one night and it still doesn't work, I want to reset it using the reset button but will that delete all the settings on it? Would it more likely be the router or internet?

I quite often have to do that...
It may not work first time, so I repeat until all is OK.

Yes it will delete any settings you have entered and 'reset' the router back to factory defaults.

try bypassing your router and if that fixes it, then at least we know it is your router.

post your router make & exact model
