How did you pay for them ? If on a credit card call your card company and they will reverse the transaction. If not, contact your local trading standards and they will chase the company on your behalf......you can pre-warn Phoenix Games that you will be going down that route.

If you paid via Credit Card then call your credit card company and pursue them as the seller to get them to give you a refund.

If you paid via Debit card then call your card issue and ask them to submit a dispute under the Debit Card Scheme.

If it was paid via PayPal then see if you can still file a claim.

If you paid via any other means then your chances of getting your money back are slim, I've been in this situation and the "Company" was an individual "trader" who was being investigated by Trading Standard.

Make a complaint to them and ask them to contact the company on your behalf. :)
