Been with O2 for 6 years and today called to request PAC code as they offer was useless.

Was paying £20 a month for (was getting loyalty discount of £15 = 35-15 )
600 mins
500 text
unlimited (3 gb) internet
free landline calls
and paid £50 for xda serra (18 months ago)

I need the help of all members to get me a new contract. Need a touch screen phone. Dont mind moving to any network

Try Tesco, their contracts are really good value for money and they still do 12 month contracts. i recently left 02 for Tesco, 02 just weren't negotiating on contract. I've got an Iphone 4 for £20 a month (well £18 as I'm staff) but the phone cost around £400. But you don't have to go with an iphone:

Alrite mate im in exactly the same boat.. was on the same deal as you although getting 1000 texts with no land line tho with the £15.00 loyalty discount so was paying 20 a month, contract ends on the 22 aug, phoned o2 and basicly they offerd me nothing so requested pac code, make sure you sort your new contract as as the girl told me it will go onto a rolling month month to month at the full price of £35.00 after my contact ends.. was looking for the x 10 mini pro and the best they could offer was £33.00 a month for 18 month 300 min unlimited texts and 500 mb web usage, told them could get much cheaper else where but they wouldnt budge, shame cos i like o2 and been with them for 12 years but they dont seem to care now.. If you find any good deals let me no as im looking somewhere else..

Cheers M.

O2 has gone down hill, they have become arrogant and therefore losing loads of customers to other network. Still looking for a better deal.

I've had a similar problem with them. One of my kids contracts was up for renewal and the best the O2 lady would offer was a W995 with mediocre package for £20 @ 18 month, when I asked to cancel, she duly did so, without a blink. I later went into a O2 shop and saw some £10 deals she could easily have offered. So I called them back and spoke to a bloke who I seemed to have awoken from his siesta and couldn't figure out how to access deals on his system.
I called T-Mobile who seemed to jump at the chance of a new customer and made some very tempting offers I'll most likely go for.
