Help needed for mobile phone unlock in france

Hope someone can help with a code to unlock my Samsung SGH - 900i as I am in france and have just bought a £100 recharge for an orange french sim which is not currently working in my mobile!
Help greatly appreciated.

Think you need to contact whoever you got the phone from or Samsung direct but they'll probably charge you £25ish

As above. Also beware of google searches that give codes to unlock a Samsung. With newer models this has a good chance of changing the imei to all zero's which will stop it working on any network...
