Does anyone know of an online shop that do larger size sports bras ??

i am 17wks pregnant and now have an allergy to the metal in my bra. i was allergic to metal before i got pregnant but was always ok with bra wires..Dr said im more sensetive now lol.. but if i take the wires out i wont get enough support from the bra.. so i am in need of a good/nice v-neck type sports bra in a 34jj or 36j.
hope someone can help. iv googled everything but not found any :-( and i realllllly neeed one asap. rep will be given for help. thanks.

yeah thats true.. BUT i need alot of support being the bra size i am.. i cant go without wires. i have had the panache tango 11 full cup bra for the past 3years and its brilliant. but now im allergic to the wires so its painful to wear as it makes me very sore and bruised.. so i need a sports bra..i dont think i could wear a non-wired bra as there just wudnt be any support in it for me. x

why?

Down to choice isn't it,but it's not usually recommended,I personally don't wear underwired bras if pregnant or for breastfeeding. They uncomfortable and dig in.

I went up to 42j when preggers 2 years ago and there was a lot less choice as i complained to figleaves and bravissimo at the time. NOw Figleaves stock much more variety of bras in big sizes that dont look like ya Nan's.

It only goes to H http://www.figleaves.com/uk/product.asp?product_id=ANT-5062&mci=&size=&colour=&image=r366447-p109602-front and dont be put off that its non-wired. THis bra is very supportive.

OK you not gonna have that lush balconette look but believe me i ordered £500 worth of bras from online, went to 2 specialist lingerie shops as well as all the usual places.

Its controversial about wearing wired bras when preggers. But as i was sooo busty i was advised . So long as the bra fits me correctly ( especially check wire underarm is not resting on any breast tissue you should be fine.
I wore underwired up until about 36 weeks

oh i thought there was a proven medical reason, i have for all 3 pregnancies, with no worries, like you said a personal thing i guess

i thought it was something to do with milk ducts?
i need some bras too i usually buy the nursing bras and wear them throughout pregnancy then use them to breastfeed as my boobs dont really change size apart from them few days when the milk comes in (ouch)

Wow you made it a whole hour without some spam from jfk like "use your hands". He must be losing his touch.

All down to choice thats all,if your feeling comfortable with the underwiring that's ok,you wear whatever you feel comfortable in.
