they have had my money now since 16/10/09 and you could not supply the tv that i orderd.
i have phoned on numerous occasions asking for my order to be cancelled .
each time i was told it would take 3 to 5 working days .
this never happend so i emailed them and now they have replied telling me they are going to take another 30 days to give me my money back .
i bought the tv on a debit card for £439 so its a lot of money to me and i have no tv to watch
now for nearly a month.
any ideas of what to do next would be appreciated
