they have had my money now since 16/10/09 and you could not supply the tv that i orderd.
i have phoned on numerous occasions asking for my order to be cancelled .
each time i was told it would take 3 to 5 working days .
this never happend so i emailed them and now they have replied telling me they are going to take another 30 days to give me my money back .
i bought the tv on a debit card for £439 so its a lot of money to me and i have no tv to watch
now for nearly a month.
any ideas of what to do next would be appreciated

Sorry man, if it is a DEBIT card you are probably shafted.
Best to ask your bank though, I belive some run a compensation scheme for things like this.

Good look is what I say - I had to put in a fraud request with my CC company when they didn't refund two returned TV's.

No matter how many times I emailed and phoned them!!

And this was when they were still in business...

sorry but you have probably lost your money but may get some small amount back as you will be a creditor at the back of a very long line

lesson to be learnt here is always use a credit card for large online purchases (over £100).

Yes. Always use a credit card. Sorry to be wise after the event.

A VISA deit card is treated in the same way as a credit card, they ae fobbing you off

I'm fairly lucky as I ordered a Samsung HT-Z220 from them on the 3rd of November which arrived on the 6th after me trying to cancel it (It was cancelled but they still sent it out)

All things considered I'm glad they didn't cancel the order as I would be lucky to see the money back.
