if the drum is full of water get the outlet hose-lower it into a bowl and the water will come out...maybe a blockage?

thanks louloo, the water drained out, but the next time i tried it no water came in. I think it might be the programmer not telling it where in the cycle it is i don't know the bloody machine isn't even 2 yet :(

Mine is poorly too, no water coming in, not spinning & the programmer dial keeps clicking & slowly turning around on its own like its possessed or something.

Any ideas? if not anyone know where I can get a good deal on a new one, thanks
