There's a 4gb file size limit on FAT32 filesystems. Reformat it NTFS and it should be fine.
This should not be a problem. Anyway, if it persists, reboot the PC and try again. Running applications maybe hogging resources.

Yep. Go with SunTzu's advice first.
No idea how to reformat lol, any chance of sum help please?
If you already have file on it do not format, use convert instead.

To convert a volume to NTFS from the command prompt
1. Open Command Prompt. Click Start, point to All Programs, point to Accessories, and then click Command Prompt.
2. In the command prompt window, type: convert drive_letter: /fs:ntfs
Think ive figured it out.
official ms way to do it here although it's the same as webkami way but in more words lol
Will my media streamer be able to read it (popcorn hour) if its in NTFS mode?.
