I upgraded at weekend to the G1 phone. They allowed me to upgrade 3mths early with a discount applied as well. They have always been pretty helpful. Only bad time was about 3mths ago when I cracked my 6500 screen and they refused to upgrade me. I wrote a letter to Customer Service and Disconnection team asking to go on lowest tariff. They called me, gave me a free 6500 classic (without affecting contract) and £50 credit. I would write a letter and say its your disconnection notice etc

you could try ringing again at the end of the week and speak to someone different ...... as they will have targets and end of week is best time to haggle them down (i did mine on a friday)

orange will not give me a contract, will gove me no reasons why they wont, all others will allow me two contracts per year, orange wont even allow me 1, even though they happily take my money for broadband for the last 100 years

they have offered me £5 per month for 100 mins and unlimited, uncapped texts, but no pjone, but the phone she wants is nie on £300 to buy on pay as you go :x

I think its because we have always been on a ufix tariff, nad never gone over, so only ever spent £25 per month with them, althought this was always paid back voa cashback via cpw, so 3 years of free phones, free texts and free mintes aint bad - lol
